Executive Chef Marcel hosts cooking classes twice a month on Wednesday evenings between 7pm and 9:30pm. Every month has a new theme of cuisine.

June - Lebanese Cuisine.  The class will prepare Babaganough, Tabouleh, Hummus, and Lebanese Flatbread.

July - Appetizers and Main Course Salads.  Chef Marcel will teach his class how to prepare interesting salads featuring different Canadian Cheeses’ and unique Dressings and Vinaigrettes.

August - Unique BBQ cooking concepts

The classes are $65 per person and include a two course meal prepared by the class. Chef Marcel assigns everyone a task and at the end of the day not only do you get a great meal but you gain valuable knowledge of gourmet cooking. Your meal also includes two glasses of wine paired with your courses  by our Chef.
